We will add more as we get access to clean copies of them. Form suggestions are always appreciated, as they are probably needed by more than just your Post. This is the annual report each Post must file during the first two weeks of May to document all Post activity during the previous year. This can be filed online but the County needs a paper copy to be able to brag what it's Posts did in total. Certification of Service Records This annual report each Post must file in May to certify that the Post Officer's for the next year have been verified by the Post Adjutant as veterans qualified to be in the American Legion. The contact info, phone and e-mails, are used by the County to make up a directory of the County's Posts. Children and Youth Post Narrative Report
all Post activity during the previous year in the areas of Children and Youth. There are awards given out at the annual County Convention based on information on this form. Memorial Book Donation form
Legion Memorial Library and the library will purchase a book and dedicate it in the memory of a deceased Legion member. |
